I'm Lukas Tobler, a general contractor with a background in construction and land development, based in Larkspur.
I started BuildAtPeace because I kept seeing good people overpay for homes that were never properly planned. Building started before planning was finished: vague bids, change orders, permit delays. My job is to make sure you know exactly what you're building, and what it will cost, before we begin.
I work with landowners across Douglas, El Paso and Elbert counties, including Larkspur, Castle Rock, Franktown, Sedalia and Parker.

Plan before building
Design, specification, budget and permit are settled before we break ground, so the budget you approve rests on real numbers.
Take it anywhere
Once paid in full, your plans are licensed to you to build with any builder, not just me. You're never locked in, and every builder can price the same plan.
Comfort by design
Energy-efficient homes cost a little more to build and much less to live in. Sun orientation alone can make a real difference on rural land.
A few homes a year
I take on three to four homes a year so every project gets my full attention.
